Processing Time:

• Orders are currently Pre-Order only, you will be notified by email once your order has shipped. 
  

Shipping Time:

• Once your Pre-Order has shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the United States.
• Once your Pre-Order has shipped, Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee.

Shipping Costs:

• Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the item, as well as the shipping address.
• Free shipping is available on orders over a certain dollar amount.
• Any additional customs fees or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently only ship within the United States.
• We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
